Event Description
This is the fourth running of a unique USAT Sanctioned olympic distance triathlon with a 1500 meter swim, a 40K bike and a 10K run.
Location
Winberry Park, Fall Creek Reservoir - Lowell, Oregon.
Directions / Parking
Take Hiway 58 east from Eugene, go 16 miles to Lowell. Turn left at the Lowell turnoff, across the bridge and follow the signs to Fall Creek Reservoir. Parking at Winberry Park is limited - please carpool. Pre-paid parking passes ($3) will be handed out at the park entrance, the morning of the race to those who purchased them.

TRANSITION/STAGING AREA MAP. *All participants must show and call out their bib number to race officials at the entrance and exit of the transition zone.
Note: Wetsuits are required for the swim this year.

Individual (USAT member) - $60
Individual (Non-USAT member) - $70
Individual Youth (17 & Under) - $60

Note: Entry fees increase by $10 after April 15. Registration will close on May 1, 2009.

All Youth (17 & Under) will be registered for an annual USAT membership at packet pickup for no additional cost. Participants 18 & over may choose to purchase an annual USAT membership for $39. To purchase an annual USAT membership online,

Registration
Registration will only be available online this year. Registration for 2009 is now closed.
Note: This event is limited to 125 individual competitors and 25 relay teams.
Awards
All finishers will receive a finishing medal and the age division winners and top division teams will receive an award. All participants will be eligible for random prize drawings. Additional award categories include: Athena (females 150 lbs and over) and Clydesdale (males 200 lbs and over). Relay categories are: Male, Female, Co-Ed, High School.
Age Groups
14 & Under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85 & Over
*Age group placement is determined by the age of a competitor on 12/31/2009.
Refund Policy
Before May 1, participants can receive a 50% refund. After May 1, there will be no refunds of any kind. Also, race entries are non-transferrable.
Relay Teams
Relay teams can consist of two or three members. Team categories are: All Male, All Female, Co-Ed and High School. As one relay team member finishes their leg, they will then hand off the team's timing chip to the next team member in the transition zone.
Identification On Race Day
Please remember to bring your photo identification and USAT membership card to packet pickup the morning of the race. USAT rules clearly state, "NO ID, NO RACE."
